Sweet Dreams Made Simple
Every parent’s dream? A great night’s sleep — for baby and for themselves. At Mum 2 Mum, we know just how precious sleep is in those early months, which is why we created the award-winning DreamSwaddle™. Designed with safety, comfort, and peace of mind, it’s the ultimate swaddle for soothing little ones and helping families rest easier.
Why Swaddle Your Baby?
Swaddling has been used for generations, and with good reason. Done correctly, it can help your baby feel calm, secure, and sleep longer. Here’s why:
- Mimics the womb: Swaddling recreates that snug, safe environment your baby is used to, which helps them feel comforted.
- Reduces startle reflexes: By keeping baby’s arms gently contained, the swaddle prevents the Moro reflex — those sudden jerky arm movements — from waking them.
- Encourages self-soothing: Some swaddles allow babies to keep their hands close, so they can suck on their fingers to settle themselves.
- Creates a sleep cue: Wrapping baby consistently at bedtime becomes a powerful signal that it’s time to rest, supporting healthy sleep habits.
Why Parents Love the DreamSwaddle™
Not all swaddles are created equal. The DreamSwaddle™ was designed with both parents and babies in mind, making it simple to use and reassuringly safe:

- ✅ Fitted and adjustable design means a perfect fit every time.
- ✅ Double-ended zip makes those late-night nappy changes quick and easy.
- ✅ Bell-shaped bottom promotes healthy hip development.
- ✅ Breathable 100% cotton helps regulate temperature for comfortable sleep.
- ✅ 1 TOG rating, ideal for year-round use.
- ✅ Our DreamSwaddle is available in two sizes:
- Small – 7-14lbs (3.17 – 6.35kg)
- Large – 15-22lbs (6.80 – 9.98kg)
Parents tell us time and again that the DreamSwaddle™ becomes part of their baby’s sleep routine — creating strong sleep associations that bring more rest for the whole family.
How to Swaddle Safely
Swaddling is wonderful when done right. Here are a few safety tips every parent should know:
- Always place baby on their back to sleep.
- Use lightweight, breathable fabric — like cotton.
- Wrap baby firmly but not too tightly; their hips and legs should be able to move naturally.
- Never allow fabric to cover your baby’s face or airway.
- Stop swaddling when baby shows signs of rolling over, usually around 4–6 months.
